DEFINITION OF TERMS
New products are brand new, first-quality, never sold, never opened, fresh from the manufacturer.
Demo products are first-quality and unblemished. They have been carefully inspected and repackaged. These products are often indistinguishable from brand new and come with the full manufacturer's warranty.
Blemished products are electrically and functionally perfect but have minor cosmetic flaws such as a small scratch or dent and come with the manufacturer's full warranty.
Previously Owned products are thoroughly bench-tested and inspected by us prior to sale and carry a 30-day warranty. We will only accept components that are in immaculate condition.
Note: All products include the manufacturer's full warranty except "Previously Owned" which is covered by our 30 day store warranty.
